How Do I Get a Proposal?
To begin the process, you first need to contact us. You can do this by filling out the proposal form below or sending an email with detailed information.
Since all details are considered for personalized invitations, the design and delivery time are extended. Therefore, you must ensure that you have enough time to work with us. It's best to contact us at least 3-4 months before distributing the invitations, and approximately 6-7 months before your wedding date.
Although this may seem like a long time at first glance, the agreement process can sometimes be prolonged, or your desired design may change. Therefore, the earlier you contact us, the better.
If you contact us less than 3 months before the wedding date, we regret to inform you that we cannot assist you. No matter how simple it may seem, since we have multiple projects, we cannot design personalized invitations in less than 3 months. However, we can direct you to our semi-custom invitations, so you can receive your invitations much faster.
What Should I Include in the Mail?
In your email, you can include the information requested in the proposal form below:

Your event type (wedding, engagement, civil ceremony, or other event types)

Your event date (or preferably the date you plan to distribute the invitations)

If it will be a printed invitation, the number of prints

Different designs you want besides the invitation (RSVP, Save the Date, Table numbers, Menu, Envelope addressing, etc.)

Most importantly, we want you to explain in detail what kind of design you want. If available, you can send us examples from our previous work. These details can include folding type, size, printing method, cutting method, etc.
After filling out the form or sending a detailed email, we will review them in detail and provide you with a fee proposal and information about the process specific to the invitation you want.
What Happens Once I Approve the Proposal?
After you accept the proposal, we will arrange an online meeting, review the details you sent, and suggest different ideas.
The process begins after you transfer 40% of the payment to us, and we will send you a timeline to relieve you a little during these exciting days. This timeline includes when we will send you drafts and designs during the process. We adhere to this timeline unless there are force majeure events.
The process begins with the submission of rough sketches. These sketches include different invitation ideas that we discussed in the video call and that we think you might like.
After you like one of these ideas, we start coloring the sketches. After your approval of the sketch drawings, they are colored with watercolors, if you have preferred colors, or as we deem appropriate, and sent to you. After your approval, the illustrations are digitized, and invitations are prepared with different alternatives according to what you liked in the rough sketches. We send you different invitation design alternatives, and revisions begin. After a few revisions, the design is finalized, and we offer you paper and envelope alternatives. After the printing decision is made, the remaining 60% design payment is completed, and we wait for you to send us the printing house price.
After the printing house delivers the invitations to us, we place the invitations in envelopes and deliver them to you ready for distribution.

What is the Price Range
of Custom Wedding Invitations?
Design fees vary depending on the details of the design you want.
While a design with very few details costs around 90€ an invitation suite (full set) with lots of details and multiple illustrations, includes menu, table numbers, maps etc. can exceed 750€.
For this reason, it is very important that you describe the design you want in detail and tell us about your budget in the information e-mail.
Can you give us a detailed printing price?
Due to time of the process it is not possible to say anything definitive since the quantity of invitations to be printed and the printing details (letterpress, foil, different papers and cuts, etc.) are formed at the end of the design process.
Is it going to cost the same even if we only ask for digital invitation?
Yes! Design fee only includes the design & design process.
